I will say this: the story and characterization make WAAAAAY more sense with the incest patch installed. Even if that's not your cup of tea (I don't particularly mind it myself, YMMV), it still serves the story far better. Alex and Iris's relationship dynamic fits better, and a major plot hole is explained away perfectly.
Biggest flaw: this needs more BGM. A single track on a 20 second loop becomes infuriating after awhile. I ended up muting the sound because it was driving me crazy.

Well it can be easily solved! Most of the phones don't allow users to install unknown apps or open Data/Obb folders..
These are the 2 methods you can try:
1) Use Zarchiver to open the files, you can also use 7zip and install the game or reuse your old save files.
2) Download SAI(Split Apks Installer) from play store/app store and try to install the game(Note this method can only install the game, it cannot change the things in files/data folder)
There are some scenes that i came through, but i didn't found it open in the gallery. For example, taking Anna virginity scene. I'm so sure that i came through this scene while playing, but now i see it locked in the gallery.

What error it is showing? Or can you specify what device you are using? Like Ram, Storage and processor details?
The easiest method it fix it is download Split Apk Installer(SAI) from play store or any other source and install the apk from it, if it will not install it will clearly give you an explanation for it like 'Processor not supported' or 'Insufficient storage'

nope, but its pretty simple tbh, affection points don't matter too much, and for the H-scenes, just choose all options in different saves.
making the right choice for good ending, a walkthrough well help cuz i dont want to see other bad endings as well for the ntr path. T_T
there isn't any ntr, also there isn't a "bad ending" just yet anyways. (trust me, i've gone through all routes)

thats only for patrons, just play through the story and you'll get most of them. some scenes are dependant on the girls you choose though.
